BUSINESS ACCELERATOR PROGRAMS

The AACC hosts two key programs which provide small business owners with the business knowledge, management know-how needed to be successful and take their business to the next level. The Executive Business Accelerator hosted with Interise, is targeted to businesses with revenues of $100K to $2.5M. While The Sudduth Society Accelerator Program is targeted to businesses with revenues less than $100K.

PROGRAMS

Two very important AACC programs provide businesses with valuable resources aimed at promoting rapid business growth.

 

The Annual Opportunity Tour puts Chamber members in touch with resources seeking potential equity investments. While the Annual Acquisition Program provides members with information on how to buy or sell a business.

BUSINESS EQUITY ACQUISITION PROGRAMS

This monthly AACC program introduces small businesses to some of the basics of operating a business. These Business Basics programs usually are one hour in duration and are designed for smaller entrepreneurs or those needing assistance with the intricacies of starting a new business.

BUSINESS BASICS

A business networking program that  occurs on the third Thursday of each month, providing networking opportunities for businesses of all levels. Each Exchange session features a guest speaker who is usually a local business organization leader, or a government services representative providing valuable information on issues affecting small businesses.

These bi-monthly sessions feature a guest speakers who will share their business journey. These sessions allow experienced business owners to provide real life accounts of their processes for overcoming various business challenges. This program is designed for all business levels.

ACCESS 2 CAPITAL

This AACC multi-session program is designed for Chamber members who are seeking working capital or business loans to fund needs such as purchasing equipment, operational expense, or other critical business needs. This program is targeted to small and medium sized companies.

ACCESS 2 CAPITAL

The AACC hosts bi-monthly Marketing Know-How programs where businesses are coached in the different aspects of marketing and social media. These interactive sessions allow small  businesses a educational forum where they can learn how to develop and fine tune their business marketing initiatives.

Quarterly business breakfast/lunch where our large corporate members share how to do business with their companies. These events are targeted to businesses of all sizes.

EMERGE

Emerge is a six - month educational and developmental leadership program that coaches African American young professionals in areas such as the importance of mentoring, working their networks, managing conflict resolution, and other key career development initiatives.

INDUSTRY FOCUS

This is an intense program where the AACC organizes speakers and meetings on the challenges and advantages of the owning and operating a business in the Restaurant/Food Service, Hair Care, and Day Care industries. 

INDUSTRY FOCUS

AACC partners with local arts organizations to create intimate networking events built around an exhibit or performance opening. This allows attendees to enjoy the arts and make valuable connections for their businesses.

The AACC offers charitable opportunities for its members, such as the annual Back Pack GiveAway and monthly stuffing food sacks with Childhood Food Solutions.
